SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – December 6, 2017 – The president of Triumph Group’s Aerospace Structures – Red Oak, Allen Vyce, participate in the 2017 American Aerospace & Defense Summit. The event sponsored by Generis, brings together leaders from many aerospace and defense OEMs and Tier 1 supplier companies, providing a platform to:

– Maximize supplier relationships

Allen’s presentation Turning Passion into Profit:  How Driving Operational Excellence and Investing in People will be the Best ROI in 2018 focused on leadership, employee and customer engagement initiatives, and its impact on product quality and company culture.

“Although it’s clear that our operational excellence initiatives at Triumph Red Oak are delivering results, we’ve just started our journey,” said Vyce as he addressed the audience. “Key enablers to our future success are leadership engagement and relentless focus on first-time quality in everything we do, and our leadership team is committed to these objectives,” he continued.

Videos highlighting both employee and customer perspectives on Triumph Group’s One Company transformation were well-received by the group, and many summit participants provided positive feedback regarding the company’s improvement journey.
