BERWYN, June 22, 2020 – Triumph Group [NYSE: TGI] announced that its Triumph Systems & Support business unit has been awarded a five-year contract from Bell Textron, Inc. for the supply of mechanical flight controls for multiple commercial helicopter platforms, including the Bell 429, Bell 412 and Bell 407. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) award that will commence this year. Triumph is a long-standing supplier of safe and reliable high-performance mechanical flight control products to Bell supporting both their commercial and military programs.
BERWYN, June 16, 2020 – Triumph Group, Inc. [NYSE:TGI] announced that its Triumph Systems & Support aftermarket accessory services facility in Grand Prairie, Texas successfully completed its AS9110 certification for aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) management systems. The certification guarantees that the site can implement, monitor and comply with Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 regulations.
BERWYN, June 11, 2020 – Triumph Group [NYSE:TGI] announced that its Triumph Systems & Support business was awarded a four-year contract for hydraulic utility actuation (HUA) valves on the F-35. The long-term agreement extends an existing two-year order with Lockheed Martin and makes Triumph Group the sole provider for the HUA valve statement of work.

June 9, 2020 – Triumph Group [NYSE: TGI] announced that its Triumph Systems & Support business unit recently signed a five-year, non-exclusive, fixed price agreement with a North American-based independent MRO facility for repair and overhaul support of engine accessories on the CFM56, CF34 and CF6 engine models for both commercial and military aircraft. Work for the long-term agreement will be performed at Triumph’s Accessory Services facilities in Grand Prairie, Texas and Wellington, Kansas.
BERWYN, Pa. – June 2, 2020 – Triumph Group (NYSE:TGI) congratulates AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation (dba Leonardo Helicopters) on being selected by the U.S. Navy for the Advanced Helicopter Training System (AHTS) program. Per the recently announced contract, Leonardo will produce 32, TH-73A helicopters, a variant of the AW119, for the AHTS Program. Triumph Systems & Support – Mechanical Solutions operating company is the incumbent supplier of cockpit and engine controls, providing these mechanical controls on the AW119 for more than 20 years.
