Triumph Group Foundation
The Triumph Group Foundation mirrors the company mission and provides grant funding to organizations that advance the safety and prosperity of the world. These grants focus on three key areas: Advancing Education with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Improving Communities, and Supporting Veterans and Military Families.
- Advancing Education – fostering education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) that will build the next generation of engineers and innovators
- Improving communities – supporting communities in which we live and work through funding and volunteerism
- Supporting Veterans and Military Families – lifting those who protect our liberties and utilizing aerospace platforms our products support

Triumph Group’s Commitment to Our Communities: Wings Community Outreach Program
Since 2011, Triumph Group has demonstrated a deep dedication to corporate citizenship through its Wings community outreach program. Through Wings, Triumph Group employees around the world work to uplift their community by completing meaningful volunteer projects that directly benefit local charities committed to serving the needs of others.
Based on the needs of their community, Triumph Group employees create and implement service projects by partnering with local non-profit organizations. Each site is given a monetary allowance to organize an annual event giving our employees the opportunity to get involved in the community and give back for a few hours or an entire day. With full reign over the types of projects to support, our employees, and Triumph Group as a whole, are able to make the greatest impact in the communities in which we operate.
In 2018, as part of the 25th Anniversary of the company, Triumph Group President and CEO, Dan Crowley, urged employees to take action and make a difference in the communities where we live and work. He challenged Triumph employees to reach 25,000 volunteer hours across our global employee population. Not only did our employees rise to the occasion, THEY EXCEEDED THE CHALLENGE logging more than 25,300 hours of service!
