Triumph Integrated Systems design and manufactures a variety of curved heat exchangers, plate fin heat exchangers and tube bundled heat exchangers. Curved Heat Exchangers: Triumph’s techniques allow us to bend and vacuum braze tube bundles or high density fins such as lanced-offset for improved performance over extruded flat tubes. Our curved heat exchangers can be circular or elliptical to fit the most challenging packages. Curved vacuum brazed heat exchanger are used in both tube bundled and plate fin designs. Available in aluminum, stainless steel and inconel. Plate Fin Heat Exchangers: Triumph has an extensive legacy of custom vacuum brazed plate fin heat exchangers found in engine bleed air, electronic cooling, oil-to-fuel heat transfer and other Aerospace and Defense applications. Triumph Thermal Systems designs and fabricates a wide range of custom plate fin heat exchangers and assemblies. Designs include liquid to liquid, liquid to air, and air to air. For high heat applications such as engine bleed air, fuel/oil coolers or main gearbox oil coolers, we offer stainless or inconel vacuum brazed designs. For low temperature applications such as electronics cooling, we offer all aluminum vacuum brazed designs. We can integrate our heat exchangers with a fan, in-house designed valves, ducting, inlet guide vanes, insulation, fittings and other value added hardware to complete your assembly requirements. We also offer multiple circuit designs that are advantageous in applications where space is limited and more than one cooling path is required. Tube Bundled: Triumph designs and manufactures custom tube bundled heat exchangers (AKA Shell and Tube) for applications that have high internal pressure, high temperature or other requirements that are not ideal for plate fin designs. These heat exchangers consist of vacuum brazed cores fabricated from aluminum, stainless steel or inconel thin wall tubing. Tube diameters range from 0.063” OD up to 0.125” OD. Our compact 0.063” tube bundle heat exchangers allow for staggered rows which improves performance. We offer tube bundled heat exchangers in liquid to liquid, liquid to air, or air to air. We can provide value added integration of valves, sensors, filters and fittings. Multiple circuit designs are also available for applications where space is limited and more than one cooling path is required.
