Located in Westbury New York, Triumph Structures - Long Island manufactures high quality structural and dynamic parts and assemblies for commercial and military aerospace programs.

We are a ‘build to print’ manufacturer of: 
  • Fixed leading edge assemblies for the commercial aircraft industry
  • Structures and assemblies such as doors, floorplates, cabin structures and flight controls for the military aircraft industry. 

Our company’s core capabilities include: 

  • The finest state-of-the-art high speed machining equipment
  • Complex assembly capability 
  • In-house processing
  • Our expertise in high-speed machining enables the manufacture of new thin wall monolithic structural parts that are now common in new generations of aircraft. 

Company History

Triumph Structures- Long Island was initially a family business founded in 1961 by Bill Gross who was acting President of B&R Machine & Tool Corp until acquisition by Triumph Group on February 27, 2008.  The Company President of Triumph Structures - Long Island is Leonard Gross - previously Vice President of B&R Machine & Tool Corp.

Our portfolio, manpower and machinery has grown exponentially over the years. 

In the last 5 years, the company has : 
  • Increased by 50% throughput through increased rates and new work 
  • Doubled our manpower and delivered training to support planned increases 
  • Acquired a special treatments house to improve control of the total supply                                                                            chain and establish competitive advantage within the industry. 
  • Relocated in 2006 to accommodate existing business and forecasted growth.

    • Current facility 96,000 square feet under one roof
