Custom designed and manufactured to meet your individual specifications and employing the latest in plate fin technology, our plate fin heat exchangers meet exacting requirements for heat rejection, pressure drop, weight and geometry. Heat transfer surfaces are available in aluminum, stainless steel, inconel or other exotic materials. Geometries can be configured to match your envelope shape.  

By providing our customers with a customized solution, we can integrate various options within the heat exchanger assembly. Multicircuit units that integrate two or more hot circuits cooled by a single heat sink are common for us. These provide a compact solution when needing to cool various gearbox, generator, engine and hydraulic circuits with a common air or fuel heat sink. Triumph Thermal Systems also frequently integrates both thermostatic and pressure relief valves as part of the final assembly.
