PAO and EGW Liquid Cooling Systems  : Triumph Thermal Systems

Triumph Thermal Systems manufactures avionics cooling systems, surface coolers, cold plate assemblies, and radar cooling systems for the world's finest aircraft. Employing closed liquid-loop technology, our advanced systems transfer heat from the heat source to the heat sink via a heat transport fluid. Liquid pumps, accumulators, filters, heat exchangers, sensors and interconnecting fluid lines are performance matched and fully integrated to create a system that provides total thermal management in a compact package. 

Our system designs include both distributed architecture and single mount integrated packages. The distributed architecture applies when numerous heat sources require cooling using the same flow source and control system. Multiple LRU’s are located throughout the aircraft to provide point of use cooling to the heat source. When applicable, we will also integrate the needed components into a single LRU. This architecture provides convenient mechanical installation and electrical and fluid interface connections.
