Triumph Thermal Systems provides our customers with a full service thermal solution. Our highly skilled team of Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Professionals interact directly with our customers to assure the solution meets our customer’s needs. We have on site capability to perform on new programs from the design phase, continuing to the manufacturing of hardware, and completing the necessary qualification/certification testing. This provides our customers with rapid response and an integrated product development process. 

Our design capabilities include proprietary thermal-hydraulic analysis software, as well as 3D CATIA, MATLAB/SIMULINK, FEA for modeling simple components up to complex integrated assemblies. The Engineering Test Laboratory includes equipment for dynamic testing, altitude testing, high pressure static and cyclic testing, bleed air supply, and fuel/oil test stands with integrated data acquisition.
