History : Triumph Thermal Systems
Over 80 years of proven performance
Triumph Thermal Systems started business in Dayton, Ohio as United Aircraft Products, Inc. (UAP). UAP developed many firsts in the heat exchanger industry including vacuum-brazed aluminum tubular configurations. UAP maintained a strong presence in the Aerospace Industry supplying heat exchangers and liquid cooling systems. In 1986, UAP was acquired by and became an operating division of Parker Hannifin and continued to provide thermal management solutions to the Aerospace Industry.
For the next 17 years UAP continued to provide thermal management solutions to the Aerospace Industry. In 2003 Triumph Group acquired UAP and renamed the operating unit to Triumph Thermal Systems. Today we remain strong in the Aerospace Industry and continue to grow in both the heat exchanger business as well as the liquid cooling systems market.
