Providing our customers with precision machined products at a low cost with short turnaround has always been a primary objective for Triumph Structures - Wichita.  Our Ingersoll and Makino Machining Complexes (MMC) fulfills this goal.

With the World's First Makino Mag3 Machining Complex (MMC), we have 3 each, 5-Axis machining centers equipped with 30,000 RPM, 80 HP high speed articulating spindle. Programmable feed rates up to 1000 IPM and 60-tool ATC. Capacity (X-120 ,Y- 60, Z-40, A axis +/- 110 degrees, C - Infinite. FANUC 15 Control. All three machines are linked together with automated 12 pallet storage and loading system.

Our Ingersoll FMS has 2 each, 5-Axis machining centers equipped with 24,000 RPM, 107 HP high speed articulating spindle. Programmable feed rates up to 1000 IPM and 80-tool ATC. Capacity (X-256 ,Y- 70, Z-40, A axis +/- 110 degrees, C - Infinite. Siemens Control. All three machines are linked together with automated 12 pallet storage and loading system. Additionally, our A-88 Makino Machining Complex (MMC) is equipped with 2 each, high speed 4-axis horizontal machining centers, 20 individual pallets, and an AGV (automatic guided vehicle) for transferring the work to and from the machines. The system is designed for "lights out" operation and is under power seven days a week, twenty four hours a day.
