Marwan Hammouri
President
Marwan Hammouri brings more than 20 years of aerospace industry experience to his role as President of Triumph Structures- Wichita, a position he has held since March 2000. Mr. Hammouri is an experienced “hands on” manager in all aspects of manufacturing operations including estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and quality as well as sales and finance.
Mr. Hammouri is a graduate of Yarmouk University in Jordan with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters in Engineering Management Science from Wichita State University. He is an active member of the Wichita State University Industrial Advisory Council.
Dave Hensley
Operations
Dave Hensley joined Triumph Structures – Wichita in 2011, with responsibilities including all manufacturing, programming, and planning operations. He has been in the aerospace manufacturing industry since 1975, with previous leadership roles such as General Manager of Machining Specialist, Operations Manager at Superior Boiler Works, Director of Operations at Excel Manufacturing, and General Manager at Tru-Circle – Wichita.
Mr. Hensley graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree and earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma from General Electric, and has a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events.
Denise Blake
Quality
Denise Blake is responsible for all aspects of quality for Triumph Structures – Wichita, including systems, procedures and certifications. Ms. Blake has been with the organization since 2006, and has served in a variety of roles during this time – including Program Manager and Lead Internal Auditor. Ms. Blake has been in the aerospace industry since 1996, and prior to joining Triumph Structures – Wichita, Ms. Blake was in production control at Burnham Products, and a shipping manager at TECT Aerospace.
Ms. Blake has a degree in computer programming from Brown Mackie College, and has completed multiple courses in Internal Auditing for AS9100.
Nick Reinke
Customer Service
Nick Reinke has been in the aerospace industry since 1998, with a primary focus on the manufacturing of flight critical part. He joined Triumph Structures – Wichita in August 2006. In his current position, Mr. Reinke is responsible for all elements of customer satisfaction.
Mr. Reinke has 3 years of under graduate studies in finance and business administration. Additionally, he earned his master’s certificate in Project Management from University of Wisconsin, and he has completed various training sessions on Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Craig Leonard, PHR
Finance
Craig Leonard has significant experience in the accounting field, having started his career in 1980. Since that time, he has progressively attained more responsible roles, and joined Triumph Structures - Wichita in 1996, where he is now responsible for all operational elements related to finance, accounting, human resources, and safety. Prior to joining Triumph, he was the Controller at Executive Aircraft, and the CFO/Treasurer at Associated Company.
Mr. Leonard graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Kansas. He also earned his Professional Human Resources certification in 2010.
Mark Williamson
Engineering
Mark Williamson joined Triumph Structures - Wichita in February 2004. Mark brings over 25 years of experience in Aerospace job shop machining. His previous work experience includes responsibility as shop foreman for 10 years and another 10 years as N/C programming manager. This background has allowed Mr. Williamson to learn and perfect machining methods and tooling techniques that take full advantage of Triumph Structures - Wichita state of the art equipment.
Mr. Williamson has also earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma from General Electric, and has been trained by Boeing in Lean Manufacturing and facilitator for Kaizen events.
Jeffrey L. Westeman, CSCP
Continuous Improvement
Jeffrey Westeman joined Triumph Structures - Wichita in 1991. He has over 30 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, including machining operations, purchasing, engineering, quality, and production control. His current role includes the analysis of business operations and the development of more efficient methods to meet customer requirements.
Mr. Westeman attended Wichita State University, with 3 years undergraduate study. He
is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through APICS, a Certified Supply Chain Management Lean Production Coach through Boeing Commercial Airplanes - Wichita Division, a Six Sigma Green Belt through Cessna Aircraft, a Six Sigma Green Belt through Newman University, and a Certified Accelerated Improvement Workshop Leader through Boeing Integrated Defense System. He is a regular guest lecturer at Wichita State University, and various professional organizations.
