History : Triumph Structures - Long Island

Initially a family business founded in 1961 by Bill Gross who was acting President of B&R Machine & Tool Corp until acquisition by Triumph Group on February 27th 2008. The Company President of Triumph Structures - Long Island is Leonard Gross - previously Vice President of B&R Machine & Tool Corp who joined the company in 1990

Our portfolio, manpower and machinery has grown exponentially over the years. Significant growth milestones include :

• 2002-2010:
• 50% volume increase (increased rate plus new work)
• 50% increase in manpower to support planned increases
• Relocation from 36,000ft across 5 buildings to 96,000 ft in one lean facility
• Acquisition and investment in treatments facility for improved supply chain control.
• Transition to ERP controls, procedures and reporting since acquisition in 2008
