Project Management and Development : Triumph Structures - Kansas City

Triumph Structures - Kansas City works closely with customers on new and/or developmental programs. Triumph Structures - Kansas City assigns a program manager to each customer as a single point for communications, flow and alignment with customer engineering/approaches. Additionally, our engineering department contains a full time dedicated position for project launch and initial runs. This position chairs a cross functional team that is engaged from time of award to first shipment ensuring smooth flow and rapid issue identification/resolution. This team structure is also used for the optimization of existing work statements to deploy the latest technologies and lessons learned. As an output, these teams regularly provide Design for Manufacturability and Design for Cost data to our customers.
