Triumph Structures - Kansas City's Extrusion Center has been designed and equipped to build aircraft parts, up to 20 feet in length, milled from aluminum extrusions with efficiencies beyond the norm. Value is added by utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts. Kanban, work cells, 5S, standardized process, and rapid set-ups have been implemented with great success over the last 10 years.  Customers benefit by shortened lead times, consistent quality, and lower costs.
