Assembly : Triumph Structures - Kansas City

Triumph Structures - Kansas City has been developing its assembly capability over the last decade.  This capability has developed from simple bench top assembly to complex assemblies such as Engine Inlets. 

The processes utilized included standard fasteners, roller swaging, ground stud installation, metal to metal adhesive bonding, electrical bonding and fixture/jig assembly.   

Currently we produce items such as Engine Inlet Assemblies, Hinge Arm Assemblies and Floor Structure Assemblies.
