Triumph Structures - Everett is an approved supplier to a wide base of domestic and international, commercial and military aircraft customers. Working with those customers has given us experience in a wide range of standards and requirements. Triumph Structures - Everett is AS9100 Certified, and conducts rigorous, annual audits to maintain certification. Triumph Structures - Everett also holds PMA approval from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Triumph Structures - Everett’s quality assurance processes starts after receipt of product drawings and models, and continues through the manufacturing, inspection, and shipment  of the parts. 

Triumph Structures - Everett uses laser measurement and coordinate measuring machines to ensure the most accurate inspection and measurement possible. Triumph Structures - Everett has recently installed 2 Sheffield Endeavor granite table CMM’s and a FARO Arm portable CMM, all running both MeasureMax and PC-DMIS software.

Triumph Structures - Everett is committed to continuous quality improvement. The company uses statistical process control and value engineering methods to create a feedback loop. The lessons learned from this constant monitoring allow us to create consistent, repeatable, stable processes – the foundation of quality.
