Triumph Structures - Everett is equipped with over 40 high-speed and standard CNC machines, both single-spindle and multi-spindle, with 3, 4 and 5 axis capabilities. Our 10,000 RPM, 5-axis gantries give us the ability to manufacture intricate parts three at a time, in lengths up to 120 feet. Smaller, single-spindle machines, produce highly detailed components small enough to hold in your hand. 

Triumph Structures - Everett has also invested in leading-edge technologies; including a 24,000 RPM, 2-spindle, 5-axis Handtmann gantry at the Brea facility. The machine is equipped with opposable heads providing the capability to produce mirror image parts (left and right) in a single machine cycle. The Everett facility offers a 30,000 RPM, single-spindle, 5-axis Handtmann T-2 stringer mill that can produce parts up to 70 feet long at feed rates over 1,000 inches per minute.
