Triumph Structures - Everett’s Engineering consists of a team of professional experts with an average of 25+ years of experience. The company primarily utilizes Catia V5 to model, design fixtures and develop CNC programs. The company is certified in DPD, and in compliance with MBD (Model Based Definition) process, and utilize other CAD/CAM systems such as NCL, SmartCam, Master CAM, PC-APT and Camax.

In order to achieve the highest, first time quality standard, Triumph Structures - Everett’s CNC Programmers follow strict guidelines in program development, which include lock code and  e-Bookstand digital simulation. All programs are verified digitally to ensure the final product matches customer required specifications.
