Gary Broda
President

Mr. Broda is the President of Triumph Structures – Everett Inc. joining the company in April 2008. Triumph Structures has two locations, Brea, CA and Everett, WA. Mr. Broda oversees both locations. Mr. Broda has over 25 years of Operational and Senior Management experience with first tier automotive and commercial truck suppliers for fortune 500 companies such as Eaton, GKN, Haldex and TRW. Mr. Broda held total P&L responsibilities for business units globally with accountability for engineering, production, quality, product development, sales and marketing and strategic planning in both growth markets and turnaround situations. Mr. Broda holds an Associates of Science in Metallurgy from Henry Ford Community College, a Bachelors of Science in Manufacturing from Western Michigan University and a Bachelors of Science in Operation Management from the University of Evansville and has extensive training in Lean principals, Toyota Production Systems and Global Supply Chain Management.

Chuck Dorn
Operations – Everett

Mr. Dorn is the Site Manager of Triumph Structures – Everett, originally joining the company in May 2006. Prior to Triumph Structures - Everett, Mr. Dorn held operational, supervisory and management level positions within the aerospace machining industry. With over 25 years in manufacturing, Mr. Dorn has experience in tool design, engineering, CNC programming, manufacturing process control, quality control, logistics, and document control. Mr. Dorn has attended various Lean manufacturing, safety, environmental, and management courses throughout his career.

Manny Chacon
Operations – Brea

Mr. Chacon joined Triumph Structures - Everett in December 1991. Mr. Chacon has over 25 years of aerospace manufacturing experience in various operational and supervisory positions. He most recently held the position of Manufacturing Manager before being promoted as the Site Manager for the Brea, CA facility. Mr. Chacon has attended various safety, supervisory, Lean manufacturing, quality control, process improvement and environmental courses related to manufacturing.

Nick Covello
Sales and Marketing

Mr. Covello joined Triumph Structures - Everett Inc. in March 1997. Mr. Covello has responsibilities for Program Management, Business Development and assists in long term strategic business planning for both locations. Mr. Covello has held various operational positions throughout his career, specifically as Operations Manager at Nuline Industries prior to joining Triumph Structures. Mr. Covello has over two decades of manufacturing operations management experience and holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic Health Sciences. In addition, he is a certified ISO9000 internal auditor and has completed multiple courses in Project Management, Supervisor Training and Financials.

John Linn
Finance

Mr. Linn has been with Triumph Structures - Everett since May 2008. Mr. Linn has over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Operational Management primarily in manufacturing. John has experience in systems infrastructure, process management, financial and operational analysis. Mr. Linn previously served as Business Operations Manager of Global Sales for Intermec Technologies Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University and a CPA from Washington State and CMA certifications.
