Assembly / Kitting : Triumph Structures - East Texas

Triumph Structures - East Texas has recently consolidated its assembly operations into a single, 2,200 sq/ft dedicated area. Leading the charge for our lean manufacturing effort for many years, the assembly team has realized great reductions in space and developed standardized processes for all products.  Capabilities include assembly of multiple fabricated details, requiring specialized holding fixtures and assembly equipment - including the use of sealants, primers, standards and hardware. 

Triumph Structures - East Texas has become mature in several lean delivery methods, including min/max, pull systems, and Kan-ban deliveries.  As part of this effort, we further support point-of-use receipts through product integration and kitting.
