Triumph Structures - East Texas, Inc. is a modern machine shop manufacturing facility specializing in complex, medium to large, CNC milling, turning, grinding and assembly for the aerospace, energy and commercial industries. Our capabilities include the following:
- High Speed Aluminum CNC Machining (max envelope: 160” X 72” X 40”)
- Hard Metal CNC Machining of TI/Steel (max envelope: 118" X 91" X 51")
- Large format CNC Turning and Boring (max envelope: 63" X 246")
- Kitting - Supply parts to direct point-of-use to end customer
- Assembly - Minor hardware to fabricated details (i.e. installation of nutplates, grommets, bearings and other purchased standards), multiple fabricated details required specialized holding fixtures and assembly equipment (including the use of sealants, primers and adhesives, etc.)
- Waterjet Cutting (max envelope: 144” X 72”)
Triumph Structures - East Texas provides complex airframe components for front line military aircraft such as the Boeing V-22 Osprey Tilt-Rotor, the Boeing AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter, the Boeing A-10 Warthog, the Lockheed F-35 JSF, and the Lockheed F-22 Raptor. TSET components can also be found on most versions of Boeing’s Commercial airliners including the popular Boeing 737.
Triumph Structures - East Texas maintains specific competencies manufacturing complex tools for the energy industry for both onshore and offshore applications. TSET has significant relationships with Halliburton, Franks Casing, Weatherford, FMC Technologies, and LeTourneau Technologies.
