Triumph San Antonio Support Center (TSAC) is a registered ISO 9001 2008(E) business.  Our primary service is providing preventative GSE maintenance services on various pieces of support equipment for Boeing who is contracted by the United States Air Force (USAF) to provide maintenance and modifications on large military aircraft.  We currently maintain over 2000 pieces of support equipment which includes, repair, and overhaul of diesel and gasoline powered engine driven equipment.  We occasionally custom-builds various racks, carts, trailers, etc., in accordance with customer specifications.

Triumph San Antonio Support Center manages all Powered, Non-Powered Ground Support Equipment (including Golf Carts) and Logistics efforts 24-7.  We also manage contract compliance, equipment inventory, tool control, hazardous waste management, GSE maintenance records, technical data usage, training procedures, and all other aspects of contract performance.  Reviews similar to the USAF Logistics Standardization and Evaluation Team (LSET) Inspections are conducted by the USAF to demonstrate total compliance with standard evaluation requirements. We maintain an extraordinary overall in-commission rate (ICR) for all powered and non-powered equipment of 93%.

Triumph San Antonio Support Center also has extensive experience maintaining equipment from a wide variety of OEMs, including Tug, TLD, Regent, Genie, and Hyster.  We can provide a 24/7/365 Fixed Base Operation to support maximum equipment uptime, perform regular preventive maintenance, or perform corrective maintenance on a call-out basis.

Our primary service is to maintain support equipment either through scheduled maintenance plan provided by customer its customer or we can setup a schedule in after evaluating our customers’ needs.  We can provide services like preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, custom manufacturing.

Certifications
Triumph San Antonio Support Center has a certified quality management system.  Our Quality Policy Manual (QPM) describes a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2008(E).  It is intended to provide high-level governance of the QMS, supported by quality procedures and instructions as required by standard and as needed for efficient operation.

We employee welders who pass an A.M.S.E Welding Certification annually.
