Overview: Triumph Processing

We have three chemical processing lines, five penetrant testing systems and seven paint booths and curing ovens, which can accommodate parts up to 110-foot in length X 14-foot deep X 5-foot wide. Triumph Processing has long been recognized as an organization with a focus on quality that is at the forefront of the metal finishing industry.  Our processes are approved by virtually all of the aerospace prime manufacturers and their major subcontractors.  With a quality system responding to the critical demands of the aerospace, military and commercial industries, you can be assured that Triumph Processing's stamp of approval has been recognized as our proof of quality for over 50 years. 

Additionally, we are quite proud to be the first metal finisher in the greater southwest part of the country to receive Boeing’s D1-9000 Quality System approval, and the first metal finisher on the west coast to be certified to Boeing’s Advanced Process Specification.  Currently Triumph Processing's quality system is certified by third party registrar Intertek for AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000.  Additionally, we have had our Nadcap certifications since 2002.
