James Pintarelli
President

Jim Pintarelli is President of Triumph Processing – Embee Division. His career spans more than 45 years, most of it at Embee. He began working for the company in 1971 and was named President of Triumph Processing – Embee Division in 2012. He is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the business.

Prior to Embee, Mr. Pintarelli worked for Ronson Hydraulics for approximately four years. His educational background includes course work at a community college.

Mitch Tanner
Director of Quality

Mitch Tanner brings more than 30 years of aerospace experience to his position at Triumph Processing – Embee Division. He joined the company in 1996 and was named to his current position in 2004. Mr. Tanner is responsible for our AS9100 - Quality Management Systems, and leads the division’s Quality Inspectors, FAA Repair Station Accountable Manager, Nadcap/Prime/Customer Audits.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tanner worked for Parker Hannifin Corporation in a variety of manufacturing and engineering roles. During his first two years with Embee, he was responsible for the Parker Hannifin Corporation accounts. In 1998 Mr. Tanner moved into the Quality area, responsible for Quality Inspections of all processing at the company. He began his career serving in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1972-1978 as a CH-46 helicopter hydraulic mechanic. Mr. Tanner is an ISO 9001 lead auditor and is a Nadcap CP Supplier Voting Member.

Barry Wenn
Engineering

Barry Wenn brings considerable industry experience to his position with Triumph Processing – Embee Division. He joined the company in 1972 and has worked in a variety of functions since then including chrome plater, customer service, operations management, and engineering. Mr. Wenn currently oversees the Production Tooling department and manages the Embee Division facility. He is responsible for any new production-related installations and troubleshoots all equipment or plating issues. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wenn worked for Bokelman Plating as a chrome plater and for Orange County Metal Processing as the N.D.T. Department Manager.

Mr. Wenn served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1967. His education includes plating theory from the Milt Weiner Plating School and electroless nickel training from Elnic Corp. He also earned N.D.T. level 2 certification from Magna-Flux Corp.

Brian Nguyen
Sales and Marketing

Brian Nguyen handles all aspects of sales and marketing for Triumph Processing – Embee Division, a position he has held since 2004. This includes pricing and estimating, invoicing, accounts receivables, customer service, and production control. He also manages the digital record scanning department.

Mr. Nguyen joined the company in 1998 as a Grind department office assistant and was responsible for AutoCAD drawings and production scheduling. In 2001 he moved to the Planning department and managed production planning for the entire company. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Nguyen worked in Quality Assurance and was responsible for investigating and administering corrective actions, working closely with department foremen, and lead personnel to discover, troubleshoot, or prevent issues in processing.
