History : Triumph Instruments - Ft. Lauderdale

Triumph Instruments - Ft. Lauderdale was founded as the JDC Company in 1985 as a general aviation instrument repair station.   Beginning with 7 employees, the company grew to become one of the largest instrument service companies in the United States.  The current staff of over 45 includes many of the original seven employees.  Triumph Instruments - Ft. Lauderdale broadened market focus in the early 1990s to include air transport category equipment. We were acquired in 1997 as Triumph Group, Inc.'s first acquisition after becoming a publicly traded corporation.
