Dan Hennen
President
Dan Hennen brings over 35 years of progressive, executive management experience in the aerospace industry to his role as President of both Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb and Triumph Gear Systems – Park City. He has been with Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, previously ACR Industries, since 1980, and has been President since 2009. During his tenure with Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, he also served as General Manager.
Mr. Hennen has a bachelor’s degree in management from Northern Illinois University, and is an active member in the American Gear Manufacturers Association.
Dave Pastori
Finance
Dave Pastori has been with Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb since 1989, and is currently responsible for the accounting, financial planning, budgeting and administrative functions of the organization. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pastori spent over five years with Arthur Andersen & Company in an auditing role, eventually becoming an Auditing Manager.
Mr. Pastori earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ron Jabiro
Operations
Ron Jabiro has been in the manufacturing industry since 1977, and joined ACR Industries, now Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, in 1986. Since that time, he has progressed through the organization in various roles, and is now responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, scheduling, inventory, and product shipment. Mr. Jabiro is an experienced “hands on” manager, with a focus on quality and efficient operation.
Mr. Jabiro has completed various management related courses at the University of Michigan.
John Pappas
Quality
John Pappas has been with ACR Industries, now Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, since 1979. In his current role, Mr. Pappas is responsible for all aspects of quality at Triumph Gear Systems - Macomb, including systems, procedures and certifications.
Mr. Pappas has completed the Management II program at the University of Michigan, and was in the United States Navy for 4 years, working in the P-3 Orion Anti-Submarine Aviation Warfare Squadron.
John Heenan
Purchasing / Supply Chain
John Heenan has been in the aerospace industry since 1985, and joined Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb in 1995. He is currently responsible for all functions within purchasing, including negotiations, expediting, and supplier surveillance. Prior to his current role, Mr. Heenan was a Program Manager. Before joining Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, he was a procurement representative for Moog, Inc.
Mr. Hennan has an AOS degree from SUNY in Alfred, New York, and he has completed the Management II program at the University of Michigan.
Bob Maggetti
Engineering
Bob Maggetti has been with ACR Industries, now Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb, since 1982. In his current role, Mr. Maggetti is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering functions, including process engineering and CNC programming. Prior to his current role, he was a process engineer, an experience which has provided him with operational expertise to support customer requirements in his current role.
Mr. Maggetti has an associates degree from Macomb County Community College and is a Leader/Volunteer for Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb WINGS Community Involvement Program.
Dave Chisolm
Continuous Improvement
Dave Chisolm joined Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb in 1997, and is currently responsible for the Triumph Global Excellence Continuous Improvement initiative, overhaul and repair, capital expeditures, and facilities layout. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chisolm was a quality assurance manager, ISO coordinator, and quality assurance engineer for ACR Industries, now Triumph Gear Systems – Macomb.
Mr. Chisolm has a bachelor’s degree in Science-Mathemetics from Grand valley State University, a master’s degree in quality and operations managemenr from Madonna University, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
