Triumph Fabrications - Orangeburg focuses on ensuring quality standards are met the first time. TFO is ISO 9001: 2000 and AS 9100 registered. Our QA manual complies with NQ-A1 and 10CFR Appendix B. The QA management team is involved in every aspect, from project inception through completion.
Our facility houses three manual CMM machines and one programmable CMM machine. In addition to our four CMM machines, gauges and various hand measuring tools include optical comparator and Brinell hardness tester. We use a gauge track system to maintain calibration records for all measuring devices.
Triumph Fabrications - St. Louis is AS9100 - Revision B and ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Our Quality System has also been approved by all our customers.
