Triumph Fabrications - Orangeburg has extensive experience in the Aerospace, Nuclear and Commercial industries.  We bring fifty years of experience excelling in CNC turning, CNC milling, grinding, and EDM operations.  We machine all types of steels, steel alloys, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, inconel, hastalloy, plastics, and many other materials.  Current projects include, manufacturing parts for the CH-47, UH-60, and AH-64 as well as nuclear power plants.

In terms of size, our CNC mills can handle up to 150” while the lathes will accommodate 20” diameter work pieces.  Both wire and ram EDM offer unique cutting capabilities for both hardened and traditional metals.  Our grinding capabilities, both cylindrical and surface, ensure TFO meets the demands of today’s tight tolerances.
