Triumph Fabrications - Orangeburg provides assembly work including roll staking, press fitting bearings, electrical paneling wiring and miscellaneous machine assembly. Previous projects include press fitting bushings into structural fitting for the UH-60 and building and testing commercial strapping machines. Our facility is equipped with three ton overhead cranes necessary for large assembly projects.
To provide turn-key service, our equipment includes a 25 foot paint booth. We can provide anything from epoxy coatings to military CARC painting. Our state of the art paint booth can control both humidity and temperature and includes a bake cycle, expediting dry time.
