Michael R. Morrow
President

Michael R. Morrow joined Triumph Fabrications - St. Louis, Inc. on March 1, 2010. He is a graduate of Columbia College with a BS in business and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Morrow served his country in the U.S. Army for over 32 years retiring as a Colonel serving as the CENTCOM Engineer for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.  He is a graduate of the Air War College and the Command and General Staff College. He served in numerous stateside and overseas assignments including Desert Storm.

Mr. Morrow brings a vast wealth of experience in senior level leadership, program development and senior management of large scale worldwide operations.  He serves today as the President, Triumph Fabrications - St Louis.

Dianna Bartels
Operations - St. Louis

Dianna Bartels joined Triumph Fabrications - St Louis in 2010.  She serves as the federal contracting, compliance and Quality officer with additional duties as chief of HR, IT and Security. Ms. Bartels has a law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law, St. Louis, employment Law Certificate, Missouri Bar 2002.  She brings over 20 years of experience in federal contracting and compliance. She served as general counsel for Morrow Group USA specializing in federal and commercial contract law, regulatory compliance, real estate, employment law and admiralty law. Ms. Bartels served as Graybar Electric’s Government Contracts attorney overseeing General Services Administration (GSA) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contracts.  She served in the office of the Missouri Attorney General as Assistant Attorney General, Labor Division in St. Louis, Missouri and also served her country in the U. S. Coast Guard. Ms. Bartels serves today as the VP Contracts, Compliance and Quality / HR / IT and Security for Triumph Fabrications - St Louis.

Alan Mossell
Operations - Orangeburg

Alan T. Mossell joined Triumph Fabrications - St Louis, Orangeburg facility in 2001. Since then he has held positions as production manager and currently serves as the General Manager for the Orangeburg facility. He attended Bradley University with four years of undergraduate study in mechanical engineering. He has worked in the machine tool, steel and aerospace industries. Mr. Mossell's expertise in plant management, engineering design, product development and manufacturing has been proven over his more than forty years of industrial experience. He brings a vast depth of maturity and senior leadership to the team. Mr. Mossell serves today as the General Manager for Triumph Fabrications - St Louis, Orangeburg facility.

Casey Smith
Finance - St. Louis & Orangeburg facilities

Casey Smith brings more than 10 years of accounting experience to her role at Triumph Fabrication – St. Louis. She is responsible for all accounting and finance functions for the company. In addition, she has management oversight of the information technology department. Ms. Smith joined Triumph Fabrication – St. Louis in 2011, after previously serving as the Accounting Manager at Triumph Aerospace Systems - Newport News since 2007. Prior to joining Triumph, she worked as the Accounting Manager at Fabick Caterpillar, and at Sunnen Products as the Accounting Supervisor.

Ms. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University Missouri of St. Louis, and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Dwayne Griffey
Sales and Marketing - St. Louis

Dwayne Griffey joined Triumph Fabrications – St. Louis in 2011, and is responsible for the Government Support Center in both the St. Louis and Orangeburg facilities. Mr. Griffey has a significant understanding of United States Military requirements after serving 20 years in the US Army, attaining the rank of Major. He previously worked at Meridian Medical Tech where he was responsible for the daily manufacturing operations and production schedule.

Mr. Griffey has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Southeast Missouri State University, is an active member of the Missouri National Guard, and a member of the St. Charles, Missouri Chamber of Commerce.

Keith Mills
Sales and Marketing - Orangeburg

Keith Mills has been with Triumph Fabrication – St. Louis since 2007. He was named to his current position in 2009, which includes responsibility for developing new business in Aerospace, Nuclear, and Commercial industries, as well as bid proposals, estimating costs, and project planning. Prior to this role, he was a Sales Engineer with responsibilities including cost estimation and bid proposals.

Mr. Mills has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University, and has attended Core of Leadership training at Triumph University.

Fred Baumann
Engineering - St. Louis

Fred Baumann has worked in the aerospace industry since 1966. He was named to his current position in 2010 and is responsible for the day-to day-operations of the Engineering department. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Baumann spent over 30 years as a Aerospace Engineer, primarily working on Unites States Military equipment, such as the AH-64 Helicopter.

Mr. Baumann has a substantial education background in engineering, including training from Illinois Institute of Technology, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago City Junior College, Chicago Technical College and the University of Wisconsin. Mr Baumann is a current member of  the Army Aviation Association of America, Inc. and Society of American Military Engineers.
