Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville offers numerous other capabilities that allow us to meet the needs of our customers.  We have experience and knowledge in providing our customers with quality products that are produced using a number of applications that are available at Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville.

Additional equipment and capabilities available include a GEMCOR Drivematic G39-A automatic drill / rivet machine, a Pines and Wallace Tube Bender, (2) metal shears which include a Cincinnati 10 Ga. Mild Steel Shear and a Niagara Power Squaring Shear.

Brake and Punch presses include a Niagara 250 Ton Hydraulic Brake, a Hercules 400 Ton Hydraulic Brake with 10 Tons Stretch Form Capability, a Cleveland Mechanical Press, a Warco 60 Ton Mechanical Press, and a Clearing 400 Ton Mechanical Draw Press.

Miscellaneous equipment also includes a Ransohoff Aqueous Cleaning System, a Binks Spray Booth, a Tray-Top Cincinnati lathe, multiple hydraulic Shrinker-Stretcher machines, a Lown 10 Ga. X 6’ Plate Roller, and a Farnham Leading Edge Roller.  Hot Joggle applications are also available.
