CNC and Hand Rout : Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville

Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville has multiple hand rout stations that allow us flexibility in the size and shape of products needing this application. Single rail and double rail rout capabilities are available.

CNC routing can be performed on one of our many CNC controlled machines. These include a Cincinnati 5-axis Gantry Router, a Thermwood 5-axis Router, (2) Zimmerman 5-axis Precision Router/Drilling Machines, one with On Machine Verification capabilities. CNC routers can handle products with maximum dimensions of 112” wide x 463” long x 59” high.
