CATIA - CAD/CAM Engineering Design : Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville

Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville engineering department has (3) full time Catia V4 & V5 Catia design and Manufacturing Workstations as PDM software. We integrate the Faro Tracker and Measure X software to reverse engineer tooling and part CNC programs with or without Cad geometry.  We also have 5-axis on machine verification (OMV) probing capability with Renishaw RMP 600 probe running OMV PRO software.  We utilize Cgtech Vericut 7.0 simulation software to verify programs prior to releasing for production.

Our engineers also use Catia, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Mechanical desktop as a 2D design aid.  With an experienced engineering staff, we can meet the challenges to support our manufacturing operation.
