George Bakker

President

 

With experience and a no-nonsense approach, George Bakker has proudly served as President of Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville since 2010. Mr. Bakker joined the company as Plant Manager in 1979 and advanced to Vice President of Sales in 1992. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973, after which he attended Purdue University.

 

Stephanie Geary

Finance

 

Stephanie Geary leads the Finance organization at Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville. Ms. Geary joined the company in 1991 as a Cost Accountant. She was promoted to Assistant Controller in 2000 and to Controller in 2009. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Illinois State University.  Additionally, Ms. Geary has an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

 

Frank Tucker

Customer Service

 

Frank Tucker joined Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville's predecessor company (K-T Corporation) in 1968. Over the years, Mr. Tucker has held several different positions within the company, including Group Leader, Foreman, Purchasing Agent, and Assistant Plant Superintendent. In charge of the Production and Shipping departments, Mr. Tucker has been Production Control Manager since 1988.

 

Louis Alexander

Quality

 

Louis Alexander has led the Quality organization at Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville since 1985. Mr. Alexander joined the company as Project Engineer in 1984.  Prior to joining the Triumph team, he gained experience in engineering, manufacturing, service and quality at Hercules Manufacturing. Additionally, Louis Alexander served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964.

 

Kyle Adams

Engineering

 

Kyle Adams joined Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville in 1997, first serving as a Project Engineer and then Assistant Engineering Manager. Mr. Adams accepted the responsibility of all engineering functions within Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville in April 2012. Mr. Adams has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University – Indianapolis. He is also active in the community, providing support and coaching in boys and girls sporting activities .

 

Don Miller

Operations

 

Don Miller began learning the intricacies of manufacturing at Triumph Fabrications - Shelbyville (at predecessor company K-T Corporation) in 1977. In 1982, Mr. Miller became Department Supervisor. He advanced to Assistant Manufacturing Manager in 1996 and has served as Manufacturing Manager since 2007.

 

Tom Crouch

Sales and Marketing

 

Tom Crouch, Sales Coordinator of Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville, joined the team in 1995. A graduate of Leadership Shelby County (LSC), Mr. Crouch has held numerous leadership roles within his community. These roles include President of Shelby County United Fund (SCUFFY), President of Leadership Shelby County (LSC), and President of the Indiana Leadership Association (ILA). Mr. Crouch has also served on the Board of Directors for the Shelby County Association of Academic Achievement.

 

Aaron Comstock

Purchasing/Supply Chain

 

Aaron Comstock stepped into his current role of Purchasing lead for Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville in 2010. Previously, Mr. Comstock had served as the Assistant Production Control Manager, a role he continues in his current position. Mr. Comstock joined the Triumph Fabrications – Shelbyville team in 1986. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University (BSBA) and also of Leadership Shelby County.
