Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is equipped to meet your metal processing needs. We maintain Nadcap certification for cleaning and heat treatment. A full line of cleaning and etching solutions for steel, aluminum, titanium, and corrosion resistant alloys is also maintained in our facility.  We are capable of cleaning parts up to 7 feet long and have abrasive blast chambers available to meet your needs.  Our facility is prepared to anneal corrosion resistant and nickel base alloys to soften them as we form complex shapes from various sizes and types of sheet metal.  Triumph Fabrications - San Diego has the capability to anneal and solution heat treat aluminum parts up to 60” long. To meet your age hardening needs, we have three aluminum age ovens available.
