Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is committed to the principles of "Continuous Improvement" and "Lean Manufacturing". We use cellular manufacturing in a Matrix organization, supported by product and customer specific “Product Line Managers” and product based Teams.  JIT and SPC are extensively used in both our production and administrative activities. We have a fully integrated WDS MRP-II business system and use Mechanical Desktop to support engineering drawing and modeling.  Any format of CAD data can be received and translated for use with our system. 

Triumph Fabrications  manages all suppliers via Triumph Group Supplier Portal system connecting to its dynamic global supply network. This allows all Triumph sites to gain full advantage of supplier resources, location, pricing, etc.  Information such as their capabilities, approvals/disapprovals (Quality and Technical), delegations, performance reports (Quality and Delivery Ratings), evaluation and assessment results, etc.  are available and used to maintain a solid supply base offering our Customers the best quality at the best prices.
