Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is an industry leader with respect to our 6-Axis Laser Trimming. Our 5-Axis NTC TLM 610 with an additional rotary table providing a sixth axis has a working area of 72” X 120” X 36”. The 3300 watt CO2 laser is capable of trimming all type of metals up to 3/4” steel, 1/2” stainless, and 3/8” aluminum.  

Utilizing Catia V5 as the programming foundation, Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is able to take electronic data and produce flawless coordination between forming tools, holding fixtures and through the laser trimming process.  

Final trimmed parts can then be scanned and compared to the customer’s or developed electronic data to assure compliance to requirements using our Leica Laser Tracker CMM with surface scanning capability.  

Triumph Fabrications - San Diego also has conventional machining capability - turning, drilling, milling - used to support the fabrication and tooling needs of our customer.
