Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is equipped to inspect and test the parts we manufacture. We maintain Nadcap certification for both the x-ray and penetrant inspection test methods. Triumph Fabrications - San Diego has equipment and trained personnel available to make ultrasonic thickness measurements. We support our heat treatment processes with equipment and trained personnel available to perform hardness testing, conductivity testing, and tensile testing.
Triumph Fabrications - San Diego is also equipped to perform pressure testing and leak testing to assure the quality of the hardware we manufacture. Our inspectors are qualified and certified to perform visual weld inspection of fusion and resistance welds made at our facility. Available at our facility to support our welding processes, are shear test and surface resistance measurement equipment. Also maintained are a complete selection of calibrated gages and measurement equipment, including a precision laser measurement machine, so we can precisely measure and report the condition of the hardware we manufacture.
