Mark Gobin
President and General Manager
Mark Gobin became the President of Triumph Fabrications - San Diego in 2005. Prior to that Mr. Gobin was the Operations Director, responsible for oversight and execution of all production operations, engineering and procurement activities. He began his career in the aerospace industry as a Product Estimator with New Hampshire Ball Bearnings, Inc. (a leading division of the Minibea Corporation) and has successfully demonstrated progressive technical and management responsibilities with several OEM’s including, The Blodgett Corporation (Maytag), SimplexGrinnel (Tyco), PerkinElmer and GE Plastics. Mr. Gobin's background includes working professionally as Continuous Improvement Consultant implementing transformational change via Lean manufacturing, supply chain management and manufacturing engineering projects at multiple facilities for PerkinElmer in North America and Europe.
Mr. Gobin earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from Air Academy Associates.
Guy Rissetto
Engineering
Guy Rissetto has more than 20 years of experience working for various local companies. He spent 16 years in various positions at Senior Aerospace (Ketema) working as an Estimating Manager and Program Manager and three years at GKN Chem-tronics as a Program Manager before joining Triumph Fabrications. Mr. Rissetto also spent more than 12 years in the shipyard industry serving as Ship Superintendent and Operations Manager.
Jim Hopkins
Quality
Prior to joining Triumph Fabrications - San Diego in 2008, Jim Hopkins has been employed in the aerospace industry for more than 30 years, 19 of which was spent in numerous roles at GKN Aerospace Chem-tronics Inc. in San Diego. He also held various quality roles at General Dynamics (five years) and Rohr Industries (one year) and was a flying crew chief in the U.S. Air Force (four years). He holds a bachelor's degree in business management with emphasis on industrial relations and marketing and has extensive certifications in quality systems and management. Mr. Hopkins is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.
Jim Dingle
Sales and Marketing
Jim Dingle has worked in the aerospace industry for more than 25 years in sales and contracts. Prior to his employment at Triumph Fabrications - San Diego, he was the Director of Contracts and Compliance at GKN Aerospace Chem-tronics. Mr. Dingle has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University and a master's in business administration from the University of Redlands.
