Triumph Fabrications – Phoenix is equipped to meet your metal processing needs. We maintain NADCAP certification for heat treatment. Our facility is prepared to anneal corrosion resistant and nickel base alloys to soften them as we form complex shapes from various sizes and types of sheet metal.
- Vacuum furnace Heat Treating Processing range of 900 – 2175 deg F with a temperature uniformity of +/- 25 deg F. Furnace work zone dimensions: 32”H x 32”W x 50”D Vacuum cooling and rapid gas fan cool with Argon capability.
- Heat Treat, stress relieving, hardening, aging, tempering, annealing, solution and precipitation heat treatment of hi-temp alloys.
