Mark Gobin
President
Mark Gobin became the President of Triumph Fabrications - San Diego and Phoenix in 2005/2006. Prior to that Mr. Gobin was the Operations Director, responsible for oversight and execution of all production operations, engineering, and procurement activities. He began his career in the aerospace industry as a Product Estimator with New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (a leading division of the Minibea Corporation) and has successfully demonstrated progressive technical and management responsibilities with several OEM’s including, The Blodgett Corporation (Maytag), SimplexGrinnel (Tyco), PerkinElmer, & GE Plastics. Mr. Gobin's background includes working professionally as Continuous Improvement Consultant implementing transformational change via Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, & Manufacturing Engineering projects at multiple facilities for PerkinElmer in North America & Europe.
Mr. Gobin retains a B.S. in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from Air Academy Associates.
Charles (Mike) Lehr
General Manager
Mike Lehr assumed the role of General Manager for Triumph Fabrications - Phoenix in June of 2010. He has full P&L and managerial responsibility for the Phoenix facility. Mr. Lehr came to Phoenix from Triumph Fabrications – San Diego, where he was Director of Operations since April of 2008 with responsibilities including all Production Operations and Facility Management functions. Mr. Lehr has over 30 years of manufacturing management experience, including Director of Operations Support at Ducommun AeroStructures - Monrovia, and past responsibilities in tooling, manufacturing engineering and production environments, ranging from metal forming, CNC and conventional machining to state-of-the-art composite assemblies.
Mr. Lehr holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree, from the University of Phoenix
Ron Alto
Sales and Marketing
Mr. Alto assumed the business development role for Triumph Fabrications - Phoenix and Triumph Fabrications - San Diego in 2010. Mr. Alto served as a senior business executive in the Aerospace Industry primarily focusing on Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Process Development and Coaching; with extensive experience and contact base in the High Tech Industries in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Mr. Alto has over 30 years of executive business experience in both aerospace and non-aerospace industries, including contributions at AlliedSignal/Honeywell, Cytec-Fiberite, Catalytica and General Electric. He has implemented successful Domestic and International Business Development Strategies and Customer Relationship campaigns and was instrumental in executing numerous new business development ventures and process improvements in the marketing, sales, support, administration and engineering areas. Mr. Alto initiated and led the AlliedSignal executive mentoring program for Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and created Globalization programs for AlliedSignal.
Mr. Alto has also worked in development test engineering, flight test, airport management, is a flight instructor, aircraft technician and was an officer in the US Air Force. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ASU and has completed management, marketing, sales and globalization curricula at the University of Southern California, University of Michigan, Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management, and GE’s Crotonville Executive Business Management University.
Guy Rissetto
Engineering
Guy Rissetto has a total of 23 years of experience working for various local companies. Mr. Rissetto spent 16 years in various positions at Senior Aerospace (Ketema) including responsibilities as estimating manager / program manager, 3 years at GKN Chem-tronics as a Program Manager and currently at Triumph Fabrications - San Diego for 4 years. Prior to this he spent a little over 12 years in the shipyard industry serving as ship superintendent and operations manager.
Dan Shea
Quality
Dan Shea is a Green Belt certified quality professional with over 20 years’ experience providing leadership in utilizing ISO9000 and AS9001 quality systems. He has held various quality roles at Motorola, TRW Automotive, Flow Dynamics and Stirling Energy Systems.
Mr. Shea holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and an MBA in Technology Management.
Reese Lang
Finance
Reese Lang joined the company in 2008. He is a CPA with over 12 years of accounting experience primarily focused on manufacturing. Mr. Lang has worked in an accounting function for Ping Golf and KB Home.
Mr. Lang earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Arizona University and his MBA from Arizona State University.
Beth Jones
Purchasing / Supply Chain
Beth Jones is a Supply Chain Management professional with over 12 years of experience working in manufacturing materials management positions. She has worked as an Inventory Analyst, Corporate Buyer, Purchasing Manager, and Materials Manager at Arizona companies including Varian/Jabil, Arizona Instrument, Orban, and Phoenix Logistics.
Miss Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Arizona State University. She has been a member of APICS, The Association for Operations Management, since 2000.
Liz Gutierrez
Customer Service
Liz Gutierrez has over 10 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace companies. She has worked as a Document Control Administrator and Materials Analyst at Arizona companies including Sanmina-SCI, Orban, and Phoenix Logistics.
Miss Gutierrez is currently working towards her Associates degree in Business Management from South Mountain Community College and expects to graduate in 2013.
