Tony Johnson

President

 

Tony Johnson is President of two manufacturing facilities for Triumph Group: Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs, a sheet metal and assembly operation located in Hot Springs Arkansas, and Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth, a composite and metal bonding operation located in Fort Worth, Texas. Both operations provide fixed wing and helicopter components for the aerospace industry.

 

Mr. Johnson joined the company in April 2003 as Vice President of Operations and assumed the role as President in January 2004. Previously, Mr. Johnson spent 18 years with Ducommun Inc. as Vice President of Operations for facilities located in Gardena, California and Parsons, Kansas. Mr. Johnson began his career with Rockwell International in 1981 in procurement and subcontract management.

 

Tim Lohrenz

Finance

 

Tim M. Lohrenz leads the Finance organizations for two Triumph Group manufacturing facilities: Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs and Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth. He joined the company in April 2007.

 

Previously, Mr. Lohrenz spent five years at Allied Waste Industries as a Senior Controller. He began his career at Raytheon Aircraft Company (now Hawker-Beech), progressing into various management roles within the Accounting and Finance organizations over a period of 18 years. Mr. Lohrenz is a graduate of Tabor College, the executive MBA program at Wichita State University and the Management Development Program-Darden School of Business. He also is a member of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Mike Moss

Sales and Marketing

 

Mike Moss has served in his current capacity in business development with Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs since 2007. Upon completing his studies at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Mr. Moss joined the Chem-Fab family in 1987 as a Manufacturing Engineer (1987 to 1992), assumed the position of Chief Estimator from 1993 to1999, and then moved into Program Management from 2000 to 2003, which led to his role as Contracts Manager from 2004 to 2006.

 

Jason Akins

Customer Service

 

Jason Akins joined the company in 1996 and moved to Program Management in 1999, where he received a Boeing Silver Eagle nomination in 2005. He has been serving in his current capacity as the leader of Contracts and Production Control with Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs since 2006.

 

Darren L. Hill

Purchasing/Supply Chain

 

Darren L. Hill leads supply chain and maintenance operations for Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs. He joined the company in July 2008 as Supply Chain Manager and assumed the role as Director in June 2009.

 

Prior to Triumph, Mr. Hill spent three years as the Air Force’s chief acquisitions officer over the C-130J program. During his Air Force career, he had responsibilities in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and first sergeant duty supporting every major Air Force platform including allied forces. He is a graduate of Southwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, and a graduate of Community College of the Air Force with an associate’s degree in Logistics and Human Resources. Mr. Hill holds two APICS certifications: CPIM and CSCP.  He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service, where he served in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
