We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, business jet, helicopter and general aviation markets.
The Airborne Supply division of Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs also distributes many helicopter spare parts that are manufactured under PMA authority. Triumph Fabrications - Hot Spring’s facilities occupy more than 400,000-square-feet of floor space in the manufacturing and production support operations.
Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs’s product line includes a wide variety of sheet metal parts including skins, leading edges, crown frames, longerons, webs, formers, covers, and ribs. We specialize in parts that require a combination of forming and chemical milling. Sub-assembly items include; skid tubes, cross tubes, doors, fairings, firewalls, panel assemblies, tail boom, rudders, elevators, and metal bonded panels.
We maintain a very wide variety of fabrication and special process capabilities. This includes metal forming equipment, heat treating, chemical milling, CNC and conventional trim/drill, welding, waterjet, penetrant inspection, anodize, alodine, and finish painting. For metal bonding, Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs performs phosphoric acid anodize and bonding primer application in environmentally controlled facilities, and performs autoclave bonding on-site.

You will not find another aerospace sheet metal fabrication facility with this full range of capability maintained at one location.
Our quality system is ISO/AS-9100 certified and is supported by a very progressive and active internal audit team. A full service quality lab provides the entire chemical and physical testing required to maintain our customer approvals for all special process operations.
A fully equipped tooling and foundry shop also services Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs’ operations. Our tooling capabilities include any tools required for sheet metal fabrication, machining requirements, sub-assemblies, as well as, major airframe assemblies. This tooling facility is staffed with experienced tool builders and supported by an experienced planning and tooling design department.
Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs utilizes the Syteline ERP system to support all business processes, and provide integrated tracking and controls.
We also use EMC’s software to manage a fully integrated Records Imaging system. This is used for shop floor document retrieval as well as scanned records management.
