CAD/CAM : Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth

Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth utilizes Catia V5, Mastercam and Solidworks for solid modeling and computer aided machining. The company also utilizes the following 3-axis machines to support internal fabrication requirements of components: 

• HAAS VF9 ( 40” X 84” )
• HAAS VF0 ( 16” X 20” ) ( 2 EACH)
• FADAL 8030 ( 30” X 80” )
• FADAL 6030 ( 30” X 60” )
• MAZAK V20 ( 32” X 60” ) 

The Company utilizes a CMM to support close-tolerance inspection requirements.
