Tony Johnson
President

Tony Johnson is President of two Manufacturing Facilities for Triumph Group: Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs, a sheet metal and assembly operation located in Hot Springs Arkansas, and Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth, a composite and metal bonding operation located in Fort Worth, Texas. Both operations provide fixed wing and helicopter components for the aerospace industry.

Mr. Johnson joined the company in 2003 as Vice President of Operation and assumed the role as President in January 2004. Most recently, Mr. Johnson spent 18 years with Ducommun Inc. as Vice President of Operations for facilities located in Gardena, Calif., and Parsons, Kansas. Mr. Johnson began his career with Rockwell International in 1981 in procurement and sub-contract management.

Andy Peveto
General Manager

Andy Peveto was promoted to his current position in 2010 and oversees the day-to-day business operations of Triumph Fabrications – Fort Worth. He is responsible for managing all of the elements required to produce products. He joined the company in 2005 as Program Manager of Triumph Fabrications – Hot Springs where he was responsible for all service aspects on 32 customer accounts. In 2007 he transferred to Fort Worth to be its Program Manager and then served as Director of Operations from 2008 to 2010, responsible for all aspects of running factory operations and product lines. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Peveto worked for Lockheed Martin in procurement.

Mr. Peveto has a bachelor’s degree in business and administration from McMurry University. In addition, he is an active volunteer with the Tarrant County Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.

Tim Lohrenz
Finance

Tim Lohrenz oversees the Finance functions at two manufacturing facilities for Triumph Group: Triumph Fabrications - Hot Springs and Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth. He joined the company in 2007. Previously, Mr. Lohrenz spent five years at Allied Waste Industries as a Senior Controller. He began his career at Raytheon Aircraft Company (now Hawker-Beech) progressing into various management roles within the accounting and finance organizations over a period of 18 years.

Mr. Lohrenz is a graduate of Tabor College, the Executive MBA Program at Wichita State University and the Management Development Program - Darden School of Business. He also is a member of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bret Miller
Finance

Bret Miller has extensive accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry. He joined Triumph Fabrications – Fort Worth in 2008 as Controller and is responsible for the company’s financial statements, budgets and forecasts. In addition, he oversees the information technology and inventory stockroom activities at the facility. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Miller spent five years as a Controller/Treasure in the travel industry,13 years in the general aviation industry (with 10 years serving as Treasurer) and three years as a Controller within the real estate industry.

Mr. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jimmy Kinder
Engineering / Quality

Jimmy Kinder has worked in the aerospace industry since 1995. He was named to his current position in 2009 and is responsible for day-to day-operations of the Quality, Lab, Quality Engineering, Safety, Environmental and Continuous Improvement departments. Mr. Kinder began his career working for Nordam Texas, where he worked for 10 years in various positions including Customer Service Manager. He joined Triumph Fabrications in 2005 as Operations Manager.

Mr. Kinder has completed Malcolm Baldridge and continuous quality improvement training and is a member of the American Society for Quality.

Michael Lee
Customer Service / Sales & Marketing
Purchasing / Supply Chain

Michael Lee began working in the aerospace industry in 1995. In his current position, which he has held since 2009, Mr. Lee is responsible for coordinating and interfacing with customers on all programs, from contract review to order shipment. He began working for Triumph in 2006 as a buyer and since then has held various positions in program management, inventory control and production control. He started his career in 1996 with Pratt & Whitney HAC Corp. where he worked in various production areas until 2001. He then moved on to work for Aero Components Inc. in procurement and production control.

Drew Wright
Operations

Drew Wright joined Triumph Fabrications – Ft. Worth in 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, scheduling, inventory, and product shipment. Mr. Wright is an experienced “hands on” manager, with a focus on quality and efficient operation. He started in aerospace in 2004, and has progressively attained more significant roles, including cost estimating, program management, and customer service.

Mr. Wright has a bachelor’s degree in business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
