History : Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth

Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth was formed in 1969 as Dalworth Tool and Manufacturing, providing small machined parts for the aerospace industry. In 1983 the name of the company was changed to Aerospace Technologies, Inc. (ATI) and was acquired by Alco Standard Corporation in 1984. In 1993, Aerospace Technologies, Inc. was one of the initial 13 companies that formed Triumph Group. 

The name was changed to Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth, Inc. in 2006.
