William Bernardo

President

 

Bill Bernardo brings a breadth of financial and operational management expertise to his current position with the company. He joined the company in January 1984 as Financial Controller. Since then, Mr. Bernardo has served in many capacities, including Vice President Sales and Program Management, General Manager Aircraft Aftermarket Services, and General Manager of the Marine and Industrial Business segment.

 

Mr. Bernardo was named President of Triumph Controls in June 2000 and leads a multi-business operating environment (proprietary OEM, aftermarket spares, repair and overhaul), providing direction on all ongoing business, financial, human resource, product development, market and production-related activities. Mr. Bernardo holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

 

James J. McNesby

Finance

 

Jim McNesby has led Triumph Controls' Finance area since October 2008. In this role, Mr. McNesby is responsible for all of Triumph Controls' financial and business management functions, including formation and implementation of financial strategy, control and accounting policy, budgets, and financial planning and analysis.

 

Mr. McNesby joined Triumph Controls from Triumph Group’s headquarters, where he was Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to Triumph, McNesby worked in public accounting for the CPA firm Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. McNesby is a graduate of Drexel University and completed the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business Entrepreneurial program for upcoming executives. Mr. McNesby currently serves as treasurer for three local youth organizations. 

 

Neil L. Judy

Operations

 

Neil Judy is responsible for all operations-related functions within Triumph Controls. Mr. Judy began his career with Triumph Controls as the Plant Manager for the Shelbyville operation in 2002 and was promoted to Director of Operations for both the Shelbyville and North Wales locations in 2005.

 

Mr. Judy has many years of experience, working in quality and manufacturing areas within the automotive industry for Ford, Volkswagen, Fiat and a variety of tier-one and tier-two suppliers. He attended Marywood College and holds a Six Sigma greenbelt certification from Vanderbilt University. He also earned QS 9000 lead assessor certification, was certified in level I & II in nondestructive testing processes, and completed the Boeing lean training program.

 

Brian Curry

Engineering

 

Brian Curry is responsible for directing all aspects of engineering design, development, testing and technical data management for the company's product lines. In addition, he leads the new product development efforts focusing on new technology, materials and markets.

 

Mr. Curry joined the company in 1998 as Design Engineer. Since joining the company, he has served as Project Engineer and Design Manager. He was promoted to Director of Engineering in July 2004. In this previous role, Mr. Curry was responsible for leading the Design Department, Test Laboratory and Configuration Management group. Mr. Curry holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Widener University.

 

Joe Lux

Quality

 

Joe Lux has led Triumph Controls' Quality department since 2006. In this position, Mr. Lux is responsible for all products and processes of the quality system, including the regulatory policy adherence for both manufacturing and the FAA repair stations.

 

Mr. Lux began his career with Triumph Controls in 2002 and holds FAA positions for manufacturing and maintenance. Additionally, Mr. Lux is member of Triumph Group Quality Council and coordinates quality-related information among Triumph Control’s organizations (USA, UK, Germany and CBA.). Mr. Lux obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in science from Purdue University.

 

Ken Bartlett, CPIM

Purchasing/Supply Chain

 

Ken Bartlett has been the leader of Triumph Controls' purchasing and supply chain activities since June 2009. Mr. Bartlett is responsible for leading all aspects of materials management.

 

Mr. Bartlett has extensive experience in managing all facets of operations and materials management in a manufacturing environment as well as facilitating and managing change. His expertise extends to MRP/ERP software implementations, lean manufacturing concepts and ISO certifications. Mr. Bartlett attended the Wharton School of Business and has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Chestnut Hill College, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is certified in production and inventory management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society and is currently pursuing supply chain certification with APICS. Mr. Barlett also has served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

 

Tina Barasha

Customer Service

 

Tina Barasha is responsible for leading all aspects of customer support for Triumph’s commercial and military OEM aerospace and aerospace aftermarket businesses. She began her employment with Triumph Controls in September 2001, holding various positions within the Customer Support department before being promoted to her current position in November 2008.

 

Ms. Barasha attended Central Pennsylvania Business School and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gwynedd-Mercy College.
