Sliding Controls

Triumph Controls - France's sliding control is a flexible mechanical system designed to transmit tension or compression loads. Based on a cable, covered or not, sliding into tubing, inside a specific conduit, this system has the following mechanical characteristics 

• Tension and compression working
• Flexible in any direction
• Using temperature from -40°C to +100°C
• Easy installation
• Long life control without any maintenance

Ball Bearing Flexball Controls

TC France's ball bearing Flexball control Flexball is a self-contained system which performs linear motion under tension or compression loads.

Based on a center blade, moving under two rows of stainless steel maintained into a specific flat spiral conduit with ball cages and outer rails, this system has the main following mechanical characteristics:

• High efficiency for load transmission (up to 95%)
• High load capacity in tension and compression
• High accuracy and position repeatability
• No sensibility to temperature variation
• No adjustment and lubrication needed during life
• Flexible in any direction

All systems may be equipped with Standard end fittings or Integrated swivels and may be fixed by clamps or nuts with clevis, swivels, quick disconnect axis and rod end.

Control Box

Triumph Controls - France has standard range of boxes for industry and/or marine. For specific applications, TC France designs special control boxes to satisfy customers or partner's requests. If needed, the complete system may be qualified in accordance with the Customer’s requirements.
