Development and Engineering : Construction Brevetees d’Alfortville (Triumph Controls – France)

All designs and developments are carried out with Solidworks, a 3D Mechanical CAD. This CAD system is used to:

• Produce design iterations and validation
• Perform fully associative top-down and bottom-up design techniques,Allow 2D & 3D drawings
• Perform weight analysis
• Allow animations to analyze how the products will work
• Full interface Customer data
• Carry out prototype design and industrialization

Triumph Controls - France has a full ability and capability to design test and qualify all equipments according to the DO 160E requirements. Specific testing like endurance, friction, vibration, sand and dust or salt spray may be carried out for a complete CBA system.

Mock-up or specific functions can be studied and performed in relation with Customers needs at CBA or Customer’s facilities.
