Timothy Stevens
President

Timothy Stevens became president of Triumph Composite Systems in 2007. Prior to that, he was the Senior Business Operations Manager, responsible for developing and monitoring business plans, capital expenditures, coordinating changes in work statement and overseeing computing operations. Mr. Stevens began his career with Boeing in 1984 as a Cost Management Analyst, moving on to Strategic Studies in 1989 and then to Business Manager at the Welded Duct Center from 1990 to 1995. In 1996 he transitioned to the Senior Business Manager at Boeing Spokane. He moved to Senior Floor Panel Operations Manager for a period of time and then back to Senior Business Manager in 2001. When Triumph Group purchased the Spokane division in 2003, Mr. Stevens was appointed as the Controller for the new organization.

Mr. Stevens graduated with honors from Western Washington University, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. He has attended the University of Virginia Management Program, and serves on the Spokane Renaissance Center for Leadership for the Spokane Community. Mr. Stevens is also an active member of Greater Spokane Incorporated Chamber Board.

Cody Kardokus
Customer Service / Sales and Marketing

Cody Kardokus has worked in the aerospace industry since 1986, with 18 of those years with the Boeing Company. At Boeing he was a Senior Manager of Operations, Tooling Manager and Information Technology Manager. When Triumph Group purchased the Spokane division in 2003, Mr. Kardokus was promoted to the Director of Sales and Marketing. His current role includes all responsibilities associated with Sales, Marketing, and Program Management for Triumph Composite Systems.

Mr. Kardokus has a bachelor’s degree in science and mechanical engineering from Montana State University, and has participated and graduated from the Leadership Spokane program.

Catherine Hays
Finance

Catherine Hays has significant experience in the accounting field, having started her career in 1990. Since that time, she has progressively attained more responsible roles, and joined Triumph Composite Systems in 2007, where she is now responsible for all operational elements related to finance, accounting, and information technology. Prior to joining Triumph, Ms. Hays was the Accounting Manager at Inland Imaging, and the Accountant/Controller for Team Health Anestheia.

Ms. Hays has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Diego, and is a graduate of the Leadership Spokane program.

Patrick Jones
Operations

Patrick Jones has been in the aerospace industry since 1988, and is currently responsible for all factory operations, operations support, and continuous improvement activities at Triumph Composite Systems. Mr. Jones began his aerospace career at Boeing supporting B2 final assembly as an Industrial Engineering Methods analyst. He transitioned to the Boeing Spokane plant during start up in 1990 as a program & facilities planner and later became a Manufacturing Cell Manager, Senior Lean Manager, and Floor Panel Operations Manager.

Mr. Jones received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Western Washington University, and later earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University. He is also a Mentor for Gonzaga University in their Emerging Leaders Program.

Ron Brown
Quality / Purchasing / Supply Chain

Ron Brown has been employed in the aerospace industry for over 30 years with 23 years at the Boeing Everett and Spokane facilities. He was a Quality Assurance Senior Manager at the Everett Washington Plant in 747/767/777 Final Assembly. In 2002 he transitioned to the Boeing Spokane facility, now Triumph Composite Systems, and is currently responsible for all quality management system, supply chain, and distribution processes, at Triumph Composite Systems.

Mr. Brown earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and has extensive certifications in Management, Quality Systems and Lean Manufacturing.

Keith Goodson
Continuous Improvement

Keith Goodson joined Boeing Spokane, now Triumph Composite Systems, in 1991. His current role includes the management of the Kaizen Promotion Office, Creform Shop, and Moonshine Shop at Triumph Composite Systems. Prior to his current role, he was an operations analyst, and Lean and TPM trainer and implementer.

Mr. Goodson has an associate’s degree in electronic engineering, and has attended training on project management from George Washington University, 3P from Shingijutsu, TPM Leader training from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance.

Wade Bowles
Engineering

Wade Bowles has been in the aerospace industry since 2006, and joined Triumph Composite Systems in 2011. He is currently responsible for the strategic direction and planning of all engineering efforts within Triumph Composite Systems, including all engineering design, stress, process and new product development. Prior to his current role, Mr. Bowles was the Operations Engineering Manager for Kinetitec Corporation, and a Research Technology Manager for Wagstaff.

Mr. Bowles earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and his master’s degree from the University of Idaho. He is also a licensed professional engineering in Washington State. Mr. Bowles is an active community volunteer in Spokane, recently involved in raising funds to build a library/computer lab for the Northeast Youth Center. Mr. Bowles is also an active mentor with students working towards an engineering education.
